One thing we don’t do: implants. We’d rather tell you here than when you’re already in the chair. If an implant is the best answer for you, we’ll send you to a surgeon we trust.

Tooth-coloured, and usually done the same day we find the hole.

Three things we promise
We’ll tell you when you don’t need treatment
Some problems are small and can simply be watched. When that’s the case we say so and book you a check in six months. We don’t sell you treatment you don’t need.
You see your own X-ray
We put it on the screen and explain it. You should be able to see the problem yourself before you pay anyone to fix it.
You get the cost in writing first
At the end of your free visit we write down the plan and the cost. Nothing gets added later, when you’re already in the chair.

We check your teeth and gums. If the dentist needs an X-ray, that’s free too. We put it on the screen and explain what we can see. You go home knowing what needs doing now, what can wait, and what it will cost. Nothing starts until you say yes.
We work with most of the main UAE insurance networks. What you get back depends on your own plan, not just the company. Send us a photo of your card on WhatsApp before you come and we’ll check it for you. Cosmetic work is usually not covered by any plan.
It depends on what the dentist finds, so we won’t put a number on this page that turns out to be wrong for you. At the end of your free consultation you get the cost in writing, before anything starts. You can also pay in stages across a course of treatment. Just ask at reception. People ask us every week.
Yes. More people feel this way than will admit it. Tell us when you book and we’ll give you a longer appointment and go slowly. We agree a hand signal first, so you can stop us at any moment. Your first visit can be nothing more than a look and a talk.
Yes. We keep time free every day for toothache and broken teeth. Call us first so we can have a room ready for you. Go straight to the nearest emergency department instead if your face is swollen, if the bleeding won’t stop, or if it is hard to breathe or swallow.
No. We’d rather tell you here than after you sit down in the chair. We can close a gap with a bridge or a denture. If an implant really is better for you, we’ll send you to a surgeon we trust, and we’ll keep looking after everything else.
